1. Service
DownConvert SKP provides an online tool to convert SketchUp (.skp) files between different SketchUp versions. The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to upload only files you have the right to process. You will not use the service to upload files containing illegal content, malware, or content that infringes any third-party rights.
3. File handling
Uploaded files and converted outputs are stored securely and automatically deleted 7 days after processing. We do not access, share, or use your files for any purpose other than performing the requested conversion.
4. Payments and credits
Conversion credits never expire and are non-refundable once consumed. Refunds for unused credits may be granted at our discretion.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any loss of data, business, or profit arising from the use of the service. Always keep a backup of your original files.
6. Independence
DownConvert SKP is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SketchUp or Trimble Inc.
